Setting up Cash Flow Frog for your Odoo company takes just a few minutes.
All it requires is a Cash Flow Frog account and an API key from Odoo.
Follow the steps below to get up and running quickly:
Create your Cash Flow Frog account here (Skip this step if you already have an account)
Enter your full name, email address and a strong password, or sign in with Google.
Create a new company here (if you have just created an account in the previous step you will be redirected to this page automatically):
Enter your company's name.
Select Odoo as the accounting software (If you have just created an account in the previous step you will be redirected to this page automatically).
Select API Key as the connection type
Enter your company’s Odoo URL
Enter the same email address used for your Odoo account
Generate your API Key in Odoo
Log in to Odoo
Click your profile icon at the top right
Select My Preferences
Go to Security
Click Add API Key
Enter your Odoo password
Set a name for the API key
Select Persistent Key as the duration
Click Generate Key
Connect Odoo to Cash Flow Frog
Copy the generated API key
Paste it into Cash Flow Frog
Click Connect to Odoo
You will now be redirected back to Cash Flow Frog where the first data sync will start automatically.
Cash Flow Frog will automatically sync your accounts, customers, vendors, invoices, bills and other cash flow related transactions in order to generate your forecast.
* The first sync might take several minutes depending on the amount of transactions in your Odoo data.
