Cash Flow Filters

Focus your cash flow view on what matters — by cash direction, project, department, or location — without losing sight of the full picture.

Your home page presents your cash position in two ways at once. The chart above shows the shape of your cash flow over time — peaks, dips, and trends at a glance. The table below breaks it into individual rows so you can inspect each category or transaction.

They are two representations of the same underlying data. When you apply a filter, both update immediately and stay in sync throughout your session.

Using The Filters

The filter button sits to the left of the View Options select. The badge shows how many filters are currently active.

The filter panel gives you two ways to narrow your view. First, a SHOW toggle lets you choose between all cash movements, only cash coming in, or only cash going out. Second, depending on how your company is set up, you can filter by specific projects, departments, or locations — only the dimensions configured for your account will appear. You can combine both types of filter freely: for example, show only cash in for a specific project. Click Apply to update the view, or Clear all to reset everything at once.
