Getting Started With Zoho Books

Learn how to connect your Zoho Books company to Cash Flow Frog.

Setting up Cash Flow Frog for your Zoho Books company takes less than a minute.
All it requires is a Cash Flow Frog account and a few clicks.

Follow the steps below to get up and running quickly:

  1. Create your Cash Flow Frog account here (skip this step if you already have an account):

    • Enter your full name, email address and a strong password, or sign in with Google.

  2. Create a new company here (if you have just created an account in the previous step you will be redirected to this page automatically):

    1. Enter your company's name.

    2. Select Zoho Books as the accounting software.

    3. If your Zoho Books company is in China check the Zoho China Account box.

    4. Click the Continue with Zoho Books button.

    5. You will now be presented with a list of READ permissions required by Cash Flow Frog in order to pull cash flow related data. Review them and click Accept to continue.

    6. Next, you will be redirected back to Cash Flow Frog where the first data sync will start automatically. Cash Flow Frog will automatically sync your Zoho Books accounts, customers, vendors, invoices, bills and many other types of transactions in order to create a detailed cash flow analysis and generate your forecast. * The first sync might take several minutes depending on the amount of transactions in your Zoho Books data.

    7. All set - you're now ready to start tracking your cash flow like a pro!
